Re: Fencing at Riverchase Elementary School
Dear Mr. Seib:
The property owners of the Townhouses of Coppell and Carrollton-Farmers Branch I.S.D. are
working on an agreement that will allow a temporary chain link fence to be placed on school
property during the construction of the townhomes. Upon completion of the project, a permanent
ornamental fence will replace the temporary chain link fence between the two properties. It is
estimated that the permanent fence will be completed by July of 2001. This is the only item
preventing Dalmac Construction from receiving a Certificate of Occupancy for the school building.
We would appreciate your help in resolving this matter.
