Dear Mr. House:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a
preliminary plat of Chautaugua Place, was recommended for approval by the
Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, July 22, 1991, with a
condition for no alleys, provided they are not needed for drainage
purposes at the time of final plat approval.
The tentative date scheduled for consideration of this plat by the Coppell
City Council is Tuesday, August 13, 1991, at 7:00 p.m. A representative
for this case must be present at the City Council meetin§. Failure to
represent this item may result in the denial of this application.
