The purpose of this letter is to formally notify you that the preliminary
plat for Chautaugua Place Addition, which was scheduled to be heard by the
Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on July 18th, has been
rescheduled. Please make a note of the new date. The rescheduled date is
Monday, July 22, 1991, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers. A
representative for this case must be present at the meeting. If this date
presents a problem, and you cannot send a representative, please call me
at 462-0639. I apologize for any inconvenience this rescheduling may have
