Dear Ms. Bowman:
We have reviewed staff's comments regarding the above referenced preliminary plat and see no
problems except for the following:
It has been suggested that Bethel School Road be improved as a part of this
project. Since such a small part of Bethel School Road is adjacent to this
project, it seems to us to be a bad idea to disrupt traffic in the area to pave such
a short length of street. We would prefer to pay an assessment.
It was suggested that a "drainage system" be installed due to the lack of alleys
in the project. We feel that, since only minor amounts of of runoff come onto this
site, and since this comes onto the site in an even sheet flow manner, no such
system is needed.
Aside from these issues, we concur with all comments. If you have any questions or comments
regarding the above, please let me know.
