RE: CHAUTAUGUA PLACE ADDITION - FINAL PLAT
Dear Mr. House:
This letter is to inform you that your request for application of a final
plat, for Chautaugua Place Addition, was approved unanimously by the
Coppell City Council on January 14, 1992; subject to the following
conditions:
1) 1800 minimum square foot houses;
2] Lots 15 to 20, Block "A", need triangular designation denoting
frontage on Dakota;
3) Maintenance Agreement for common areas not yet received;
4) Final Plat will not be executed until Harris Road plans are
approved by the City Engineer;
5) Development fees must be paid prior to plat filing;
6) Harris Road right-of-way must be resolved;
7) Street elevations as proposed appear adequate; and
8) Eliminate water line easement between Lots 14 & 15, Block A.
