TO: Pat Bond, Building Inspections
FROM: Taryon Paster Bowman, P&Z Coordinator
SUBJECT: CHANNEL POINTE DEVELOPMENT, DEVELOPMENT FEES
Attached for your use is a copy of the receipt for payment of development
fees for the Channel Pointe Addition. The fees were paid in compliance,
with the subdivision requirements based on 71 single-family lots in 1986;
however, another plat has since been approved, filed and recorded to
reflect a final plat of 47 lots. As was discussed in a meeting with Frank
Trando, Finance Director, and Gary Sieb, Director of Planning, and myself
the development fees which are due at the time of a final plat approval,
have been paid in full, and will apply to the most current plat of record
filed for Channel Pointe Addition, recorded with the Dallas County Records
Department.
All other applicable fees will become due at the time of building permit
review, such as:
1) Water Availability
2) Sewer Availability
3) Water Tap
4) Sewer Connection
5) Construction Permit Fees
6) Park Fund Fee
and all other fees due at the time of building permit.
If you have any questions regarding these fees, please contact me.
