Channel Pt/Re-CS 900220 MEMO February 20, 1990 TO: Pat Bond, Building Inspections FROM: Taryon Paster Bowman, P&Z Coordinator SUBJECT: CHANNEL POINTE DEVELOPMENT, DEVELOPMENT FEES Attached for your use is a copy of the receipt for payment of development fees for the Channel Pointe Addition. The fees were paid in compliance, with the subdivision requirements based on 71 single-family lots in 1986; however, another plat has since been approved, filed and recorded to reflect a final plat of 47 lots. As was discussed in a meeting with Frank Trando, Finance Director, and Gary Sieb, Director of Planning, and myself the development fees which are due at the time of a final plat approval, have been paid in full, and will apply to the most current plat of record filed for Channel Pointe Addition, recorded with the Dallas County Records Department. All other applicable fees will become due at the time of building permit review, such as: 1) Water Availability 2) Sewer Availability 3) Water Tap 4) Sewer Connection 5) Construction Permit Fees 6) Park Fund Fee and all other fees due at the time of building permit.
