On March 20, 1980, a public hearing will be held before the City of
Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on a proposed zoning change.
This zoning change is requested by Braewood Development Corporation
for a zoning change from "C", Commercial to a zoning classification
of "SF-7", Single Family Dwelling, and being a tract of land situated
in the E. A. Crow Survey, Abstract No. 301, City of Coppell, Dallas
County, Texas, and being more particularly described as a tract of
land containing 13.2262 acres of land located North of Vanbebber
Drive, east of Denton Tap, south of Sandy Lake Road, and west of
Heartz Road.
In accordance with the City of Coppell zoning regulations, it is the
responsibility of the City to notify all property owners within two
hundred feet of the proposed zoning change. Since your property
falls within two hundred feet, this letter is to notifyyou of this
public hearing for the zoning change mentioned above.
The hearing will be held on Thursday, March 20, 1980, at 7:30 P.M.,
in the Coppell High School Cafeteria. If any further information is
needed, please contact City Hall.
