RE: Chautaugua Place. Replat of Lot 6, Block B
Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that your request to approve Chautaugua Place, Replat of Lot 6,
Block B, to revise the building line on property located at the southwest corner of Harris Street
and Bethel School Road, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, October 11,
1994.
No construction may begin until the replat has been filed with the Dallas County Plat Records
Department. Approval of this replat is valid for six (6) months from the City Council agenda
date. If the replat has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to April 10, 1995,
the replat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See the attached
checklist for the requirements for executing final plats and replats.
