Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting: October 21, 1999
City Council Meeting: November 9, 1999
1. Under utilities' certificate, consolidate Lone Star Gas and T.U. Electric as one
signature block and label it TXU. Also, ask TXU representative if Lone Star Gas
Pipeline Co. is a separate entity from TXU or not. Modify the Lone Star Gas
Pipeline signature block accordingly.
2. Modify the Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commission signature block to
read "Amending Plat ..... ".
3. For your information, the Planning and Zoning Commission will be the final
approval authority on this plat.
4. Double check that Donald Carter still owns all 5 lots. If he doesn't each of the
new property owners will have to sign the plat.
5. Delineate the "A" agriculture zoning line.
6. Verify if TXU owns the Explorer Pipeline easement. If not, you will have to
include them in the utilities' signature block.
7. Submit blacklines on white paper for next submittal.
Note:
A. Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based on staff
recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why
staff recommendations should not be followed when you attend the October 7th Development
Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
B. Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the October 7th DRC
meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the
project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
C. Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, October 12th to resubmit eighteen (18) folded copies of
revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to the Planning
Department
