The developer's tree suroey indicates a i00.% credit for trees preseroed on site. The Tree
Preseroation Ordinance allows onl~l a 50% credit for these trees.. The removal of 190"
of* trees will result in additimml tree reparation of. $9,500.00 due and pa~lable to the
Coppell Reforestation Fund. A Tree Removal Permit must be executed #~;or to the
removal of any protected trees.
The Coppell Trail System Master Plan requires a 20' w~de easement through this
property for continuation of* the Denton Creek Trail.
The developer should be made aware that the proposed development is affected bnj the
Park Dad/cation Ordinance stipulating $1,285.00 per dwelling unit.
