The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 17th day of February, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of
Case No. PD-184, St. Andrews Manor, zoning change request from A (Agriculture) to PD-SF-
ED (Planned Development, Single Family-Estate District), to allow the development of a single
family home with the following requested conditions: the lot shall have no alleys; the lot shall
have a gated entrance and a crushed-stone drive, and the building lines shall be as indicated on
the plat, on approximately 5.1 acres on property located along the north side of DeForest Road,
approximately 200 feet west of Stratford Lane, at the request of Holmes Builders. All interested
citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing
and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or
her opinion concerning this zoning change request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell
Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.

change request from A (Agriculture) to PD-SF-ED (Planned Development, Single Family-Estate
District), to allow the development of a single family home with the following requested
conditions: the lot shall have no alleys; the lot shall have a gated entrance and a crushed-stone
