RE: CHAUCER ESTATES ADDITION - PRELIMINARY PLAT
Dear Mr. Baker:
This letter is to inform you that your request for application of a
Preliminary Plat for Chaucer Estates Addition, was denied by the Coppell
City Council on November 27, 1991. This is standard operating procedure
for any plat which has been filed, due to a State requirement which states
the City must take action on the plat within a thirty (30) day time
frame.
We will reschedule this item for the December 10, 1991, City Council
meeting.
You will need to submit thirteen (13) blueline copies of your preliminary
plat to this office by noon on Monday, December 2, 1991.
