Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 214-462-0022 October 18, 1991 Mr. Bill Anderson Dan Dowdey & Associates, Inc. 16250 Dallas Parkway Suite #100 Dallas, Texas 75248 RE: CHAUCER ESTATES ADDITION, PRELIMINARY PLAT Dear Mr. Anderson: This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a preliminary plat 'of the Chaucer Estates Addition, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Plannin§ and Zonin§ Commission on Thursday, October 17, 1991, with the following conditions: 1) Lots 1-8, Block C are required to be side entry gara§es; 2) 2 acre lake to be maintained at a constant level by developer; 3) A fountain is to be included in the lake; 4) Homeowners Maintenance Association is to maintain all open space areas; 5) All landscaping in common areas to be irrigated; 6) Architectural renderings that were shown at the Planning Commission hearing are to be attached to the ordinance (bluelines are acceptable), and two (2) copies provided to the Planning Department. The tentative date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, November 12, 1991, at 7:00 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at the City Council meeting.
