Northridge Estates / Preliminary Plat & Plans Review
The preliminary plat and plans for the Northridge Estates Addition
prepared by Dan M. Dowdey & Associates are in general conformance with the
requirements of the City's subdivision regulations and design criteria.
The following items should be resolved during the final plat review
procedure:
- Additional valves & fire hydrants required
- In general, the storm drainage plan is in conformance
with City standards. A more detailed review of inlet
sizes, location and storm sewer hydraulics will be
necessary during review of the final plans.
