Carter Add P2/Re-CS011019 T H E C I T Y 0 F COPPEL£ October 19, 2001 Mr. Brian Rathe 846 Mallard Coppell, TX 75019 RE: Carter Addition~ Phase II~ Replat of Lots l&2 Dear Mr. Rathe: This letter is to inform you that the Carter Addition, Lots 1 & 2, Phase II, Replat, to allow the replatting of Lots 1 and 2 to shift the property line between the two lots to the east, on 7.96 acres of property located along the south side of Carter Drive, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, October 18, 2001, subject to the following condition: 1) Fill in the name of the subdivision in the City Secretary's signature block. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, November 13, 2001, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please revise and submit to the Planning Department 16 folded copies of the Replat on or before 12 noon~ Tuesda¥~ October 30th. Also, please submit one (1) 8 1/2 x 11 paper reduction.
