Box 473 Coppell, Texas 75019 RE: Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Castlebury Dear Isabelle: Please be advised that I have reviewed the proposed Declaration of Covenants for Castlebury as submitted by RH of Texas Limited Partnership. After reviewing the same concerning the maintenance of the cmmnon areas, the Limited Partnership has adequately provided for the maintenance of common areas and provides adequate protection for the City. Therefore, in accordance with the Subdivision Regulations, we are prepared to approve the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Castlebury. As in all cases, upon our approval we do not opine or endorse any of the other provisions concerning the aforementioned Homeowners' Association or other deed restrictions which'are Contained therein, but solely review for the proper' maintenance of common areas and the City's ability to enforce the maintenance of those common areas in the event the Homeowners' Association does not.
