SECTION XI - FILING OF PIAT
SECTION XI- FILING OF PLAT
After approval of the Final Plat by the Munidpal Authority and correction of the
plat as required by the Municipal Authority and the Planning and Engineering
Departments, the Developer shall submit filing fees and the required number of
copies for filing with the County Clerk. These copies shall bear all required
signatures of City Officials. After signature by the City Officials, the Developer
shall complete the filing process and return nine (9) paper copies and two (2)
mylar copies of the "filed" pht to the City. Said copies shall show the volume
and page of the Map and Pht Records into which the plat was recorded by the
County Clerk. If the final pht has not been submitted for signatures by City
Officials within six months after appwval by the City Council, the plat shall be
deemed null and void, resubmittal shall be required, and the current Subdivision
Regulations shall apply.
Approval block: The following notice shall be placed on the face of each
Preliminary Plat by the subdivider:
"Prellminarv Plat for Review Puruoses Only"
"Recommended for Approval"
