The following conditions apply: 1. a property owner's agreement to maintain landscaping is required; 2. utility layout needs to be provided; 3. the left-turn lane and the common access easement must be constructed prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy on either Lots 1, 3 or 4. This requirement does not apply to the Certificate of Occupancy for Lot 2. 4. a development line be established on the west side of the utility line at Final Plat along the proposed sewer line.
