RE: Burch Addition, Preliminary Plat
Dear Mr. Burch:
This letter is to inform you that your request to approve Butch Addition, Preliminary Plat,
located at the southwest comer of Bethel School Road, along the west side of Denton Tap
Road, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, August 9, 1994. The
following conditions apply:
1. a property owner's agreement to maintain landscaping is required;
2. utility layout needs to be provided;
3. the left-turn lane and the common access easement must be constructed prior
to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy on either Lots 1, 3 or 4. This
requirement does not apply to the Certificate of Occupancy for Lot 2.
4. a development line be established on the west side of the utility line at Final
Plat along the proposed sewer line.
