Site Plan
1) Show all easements and the visibility sight triangle easement at all ingress/egress points.
2) 6" thick 3000 psi concrete on a lime stabilized base is required in the fire lane
and 5" 3000 psi on a lime stabilized base in the parking areas.
3) Show the 100 year floodplain limit.
Grading and Utilities Plan
1) Provide a drainage area map and hydraulic calculations.
2) Show the meter and water and sewer line sizes. What about the firelines and fire lanes for
the site?
3) The maximum allowable driveway grade is 10%.
Landscape Plans
1) The site plan shows a 5' sidewalk to be a foot off of the property line and not against the
back of curb.
