Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church Final Plat & Plan Review
Taryon, Public Works staff have reviewed the submitted final plat and plans.
There is one item that needs to be resolved prior to Public Works approving these
plans.
Hennessey has shown on the plans the 4" meter as detector valve. This needs
to specify MFM II / MCT II (4 x 2) Fire line Hersey or approved equal.
The above item will need to be addressed to Howard Pafford, Water Utilities
Supervisor. Thank you.

The following is the fee assessment for Christ Our Savior Lutheran:
Water and Sewer availability $120.00 / 1000 sq. ft. building / 12,500 sq. ft.
12,500 square feet = 12.5 x 120.00 = $1500.00
50% due @ final plat = $750.00
50% due @ building permit = $750.00
Water Tap Fee @ $100.00 per x i/final plat = $100.00
Sanitary Sewer Fee @ $100.00 per x 1/finalplat = $100.00
Park Fund N/A
Inspection Fee is 1½% the cost of construction within City right-of-way.
This is assessed prior to construction.
