Dear Mr. Hollingsworth:
This letter is to inform you that your request to approve the Butch Addition, Lot 3, Block "Aw,
Final Plat, located on the west side of Denton Tap Road, approximately 385 feet south of Bethel
School Road, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, June 13, 1995, subject to
the addition of at least 10 feet of landscaping extending along the entire south side of the
property. Also, please note that on the Landscape Plan, the number of Burford Holly shown
on the plant schedule needs to be 197.
Approval of this Final Plat is valid for six (6) months from the City Council agenda date. If the
Final Plat has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to December 13, 1995, the
plat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See the attached checklist
for the requirements for executing Final Plats and Replats.
