Dear Father Smith:
This letter is to inform you that the Church of the Apostles, Episcopal, Lot 1, Block A, Preliminary Plat, to
allow the construction of a church on 7 acres of property located on the east side of MacArthur Boulevard,
across from Starleaf Street, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission
on Thursday, August 15, 1996, subject to the following conditions:
1) Correct the 8' side yard setback shown on the Site Plan to 25' as called for in the SF-7 zoning
district requirements;
2) add one tree to the parking island located on the northwest side of the proposed parking lot;
3) correct Phase III reference to Phase IV under Lot Coverage in the Project Statistics table on the
Site Plan; and
4) compliance with Engineering comments as follows:
(a) Show finished floor elevation of the building.
Co) Show all easements -- this includes the existing sanitary sewer with Volume and Page
numbers and any other easements necessary for the water meters and vaults.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, September 10, 1996, at 7:30
p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent this item may result
in the denial of this application.
