Apostles/PP-CS 960911 September 11, 1996 Church of the Apostles, Episcopal 700 East Sandy Lake Road, Suite 120 Coppell, TX 75019 RE: Church of the Apostles, Episcopal, Lot 1, Block A, Preliminary Plat Dear Father Smith: This letter is to inform you that the Church of the Apostles, Episcopal, Lot 1, Block A, Preliminary Plat, to allow the construction of a church on 7 acres of property located on the east side of MacArthur Boulevard, across from Starleaf Street, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, September 10, 1996, subject to the following conditions: 1) Correct the 8' side yard setback shown on the Preliminary Plat to 25' as called for in the SF-7 zoning district requirements, and 2) compliance with Engineering comments as follows: (a) Show finished floor elevation of the building. (b) Show all easements -- this includes the existing sanitary sewer with Volume and Page numbers and any other easements necessary for the water meters and vaults. (c) Minimum water line size for fire protection is 6". (d) Provide meter vault for fire line. (e) Site Plan shows fire hydrant at southeast comer of church, however the plan does not show a fire line to the hydrant. All fire hydrant locations and line sizes are to be approved by the Fire Marshall. (f) No trees are allowed in the visibility easments. In addition, Council granted the Planning and Zoning Commission to be the approval authority on your Final Plat.
