RE: Church of the Apostles. Episcopal. Lot 1, Block A, Final Plat
Dear Father Smith:
This letter is to inform you that the Church of the Apostles, Episcopal, Lot 1, Block A, Final Plat, to allow
the construction of a church on 7 acres of property located on the east side of MacArthur Boulevard, across
from Starleaf Street, was approved by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, November
21, 1996, subject to the following condition:
1) The Landscape/Irrigation Plan must be signed and sealed by a Licensed Irrigator.
For your information, the Engineering Department would like to remind you that the 8-foot wide brick paver
band needs to be one foot inside the property line.
This Final Plat must be fried with the Dallas County Plat Records Department. Approval is valid for six (6)
months. If the Final Plat has not been filed for record with the County prior to May 21, 1997, the plat shall
be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See the attached checklist for the requirements for
executing Final Plats and Replats.
