Dear Madam/Sir:
This letter is to inform you that the Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church, Site Plan
Amendment, to bring the playground shade structure into compliance with city code on
property located at 140 Heartz Road, was recommended for approval by the Coppell
Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, August 19, 1999.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, September
14, 1999, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting.
Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application.
We need by 12 noon, Tuesday, August 31st, 17 additional copies of the information on the
canvas used on the Shade Structure and the Site Plan/Landscape Plan to forward on to
Council.
