Dear Ms. Bowman:
As you are aware, the Preliminary Plat for the referenced site was approved by the
Coppell City Council on May 27, 1986. The City Subdivision Ordinance states at a date
nine months from this approval date (February 27, 1987), the Preliminary Plat is void
unless either an extension has been granted to this approval, or an application for
approval of a Final Plat has been submitted.
On behalf of our client, Connell Development Co., we respectfully request that an
extension of one year be granted to the approval of the Preliminary Plat for the Connell
Skaggs Addition.
We further request that this application for extension be placed on Planning and Zoning
Commission and City Council agendas which would allow the approval of the extension
prior to the expiration of the current Preliminary Plat approval.
