Re: Connell Skaggs Addition
Dear Frank:
I have reviewed the Connell Skaggs Agreement pursuant to the request of Taryon
Bowman, a copy of which is enclosed. Item 1, page 2 of the Agreement provides that
ConneI1 has the right to submit the lots listed in Phase I as separate final plats for
recording purposes as opposed to being limited to one single plat covering all the
property in Phase I, which is made up of Lots 1, 2 and 4 of the exhibit attached to
the Agreement.
This was a provision which was specifically agreed to by all parties and, therefore,
Lot 4 of the Connell Skaggs Addition may be platted and developed prior to Lots 1 and 2.
