Screen all proposed parking spaces from abutting properties and public r.o.w.
with a 30" hedge or berm.
Planting islands shall be located at each terminus of each single row of parking.
Planting islands shall contain at least 1 tree.
Specify on Site Plan if the Church is planning to take access off of London
Way.
Covered playground area received an 18-month variance from the Board of
Adjustment. It was stipulated during the BOA hearing that the covered structure
would be removed when the new addition is built. Provide a notation on the site
plan addressing the covered playground area.

Staff written comments will be faxed to each applicant.
Please revise plats, landscape plans, and utility plans based on staff recommendations.
Should applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why staff
recommendations should not be followed when you attend the December 3'a Development
Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plan.~ to the December 3rd
DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An
Engineer for the project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, December 8t~ to resubmit eighteen (18) folded
copies of revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to
the Planning Department.
