Heartz Road Coppell, TX 75019 RE: Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church Site Plan Dear Madam/Sir: This letter is to inform you that the Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church, Site Plan, to allow the development of a 15,265 square foot addition consisting of a sanctuary, fellowship hall, classrooms and offices on 4.936 acres of property located along the east side of S. Heartz Road, approximately 450' south of E. Sandy Lake Road, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, December 17, 1998, subject to the following conditions being met: 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) 7) Modify the landscape plan to indicate the size of the existing trees on site. Relocate the new electrical box shown on the southwest elevation to a more inconspicuous location on site. All portions of the building are to be within a 150 feet of a fire lane. (See Fire Department Commits) An additional fire hydrant may be required. (See Fire Deparmaent comments) Roadway impact fees will be required for the new building. (See Engineering Department comments) New paving will have to meet requirements of the Coppell Subdivision Ordinance. (See Engineering Department comments) Provide ADA ramps at driveways. (See Engineering Department comments) The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, January 12, 1999, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items which accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. The submittal deadline for revised drawings is 12 noon, Wednesday, December 30th. Therefore, please submit 17 folded copies of the revised drawings on or before that date. The drawings which require change in order to comply with the Planning and Zoning recommendations are: Site Plan, Landscape Plan and Building elevations.
