CORRECTION OF PLAT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That Skyhawk Venture, a Joint Venture, is the owner of Lot 1 of the Connell Skaggs
Addition, City of Coppell, Dallas County, Texas. This Lot was created by a Final Plat of
Lots 1, 2, and 3 of the Connell Skaggs Addition, an addition to the City of Coppell as
recorded in Volume 88066, Page 5896, Deed Records, Dallas County, Texas (hereinafter
referred to as "Plat").
Several easements were dedicated by the recording of this Plat. Among these easements
was an easement to Lone Star Gas Company, a division of ENSERCH CORPORATION,
for the installation and maintenance of gas service.
A revision to the layout of the gas services has been made to accommodate a minor site
plan change, and, consequently, the easement in which this service is located must also
be revised.
Therefore, by this document, the following revisions to the Plat are made:
A) In consideration of the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, paid in hand by Skyhawk Venture, A Joint Venture, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged by ENSERCH CORPORATON. All rights,
privileges, and interests conveyed to ENSERCH CORPORATION within the
portion of the gas easement dedicated by the Plat and described in the attached
"Exhibit A" are to be released by ENSERCH CORPORATON.
B) In consideration of the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, paid in hand by ENSERCH CORPORATION, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged by Skyline Venture, A Joint Venture, the easement for gas
services described in the attached "Exhibit B" is to be dedicated to ENSERCH
CORPORATON. The rights in this easement are to be as described in the
Owner's Certificate included on the Plat.
