Dear Sir/Madam:
This letter is to inform you that Ashton Ridge. Final HaL to allow the development of a 27-1ot
planned development single family subdivision on 7.72 acres of property located at the northeast
comer of Heartz and Sandy Lake Roads, was approved by the Coppell Planning and Zoning
Commission on Thursday, November 21, 1996.
This Final Plat must be filed with the Dallas County Plat Records Department. Approval is
valid for six (6) months. If the Final Plat has not been filed for record with the County prior
to May 21, 1997, the plat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See
the attached checklist for the requirements for executing Final Plats and Replats.
