INITIAL
The developer will be responsible to participate in the City of Coppell's parkland dedication
ordinance fee of $1,285 per dwelling unit. This plat will also be affected by the City of
Coppell's Hike and Bike Trail Master Plan. This corridor is known as the Sandy Lake Road
Greenwalk. The developer may be required to develop a 12-foot wide concrete hike and bike
trail.
