Sims, Director of leisure Ser~ces, ($04-$679) COMMENT STATUS; ~PRELIMINARY ~ ~ The Leisure Services Department has reviewed the above referenced development and has the following comments. For subdivisions providing less than one hundred (100) dwelling units, money-in-lieu of park dedication is required to meet the Parkland Dedica~on Ordinance. A fee of $1,285 per dwelling unit is required at the time of final platting. Signed and sealed Landscape Plans as identified in the Subdivision Ordinance are required. These plans need to coordinate with the Sandy Lake Road Master Landscape Plan. Signed and sealed Irrigation Plans as identified in the Subdivision Ordinance are required. These plans need to coordinate with the Sandy Lake Road Master Ir~gation Plan.
