RE: Burch Addition, Final Plat of Lot 2, Block A (Kwik Kar)
Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that your request to approve the Burch Addition, Final Plat of Lot
2, Block A (Kwik Kar), located on the west side of Denton Tap Road, approximately 250 feet
south of Bethel School Road, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, October
11, 1994. The following conditions apply:
A 20-foot Hike and Bike Trail easement should be shown on the plat. This is for
future City use and will not require any construction at this time; and
all information concerning this site will be required to be submitted to the City
on computer diskette compatible with the City's computer system. Please contact
Doug Stevens at 393-1016 to obtain additional information.
No construction may begin until the final plat has been filed with the Dallas County Plat Records
Department. Approval of this final plat is valid for six (6) months from the City Council agenda
date. If the final plat has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to April 10,
1995, the final plat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See the
