As an adjacent property owner, I am not opposed to the development noted
~bove. However, '~-'p~ty'l{he-J~ {fidi~ated 'on the enclosed map literally
abuts the edge of a residential dwelling that we own and is occupied by a
tenant. I would appreciate all considerations given to substantial setback
or an easement in this area. I would be willing to purchase a small section
of the development to protect my property from any construction damage, from
pavement or other impediments. Another option would be to have the developer
install a landscape barrier to protect and respect the privacy of the residents.

The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 20th day of April, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of Case
No. PD-186, Duke-Weeks Realty Corporation,, zoning change request from LI (Light Industrial)
to PD-LI (Planned Development, Light Industrial), to allow the development of 7
office/warehouse facilities on approximately 142 acres of property along the north side of W.
Bethel Road, south of Ruby Road, and east of Coppell Road, at the request of Corgan Associates,
Inc. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend
this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest
may also express his or her'opinion concerning thiszoning change request by letter addressed to the
City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
