1. Eliminate median openings along Freeport Pkwy. that will not serve driveways.
2. A meeting needs to be held to discuss the drainage plan with the City Engineering Staff.
3. The water line in Freeport Parkway should be located in the west right-of-way.
4. Show the drainage system layout in a background layer on the utility plan.
5. Brick paver bands will be required at all driveways and street intersections per City
Streetscape Plan.
· 6. The "New Road" coming into the site from the west should be labeled as Creekview Drive.
7. The driveway near the southwest comer of the property needs to be located 60' from the
property line to allow for the required 120' driveway spacing.
