Planting islands must contain at least 1 tree.
Council granted a variance for the existing iron fence. Will applicant have to seek
another a variance from Council for the proposed extension of the fence?
Provide a summary table showing the quantity and type of planting material being
proposed for the site.
Show building and shed dimensions.
Staff requests applicant overlay this new proposed plan to the existing approved
landscape plan.
The landscape plan needs to bear the seal of a licensed landscape architect.

recommendations should not be followed when you attend the March 7, 1996 Development
Review Committee (DRC) ln~_in~.
Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the March 7th DRC
meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer
for the project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, Mm'ch 12th to resubmit twenty-eight (28) folded
copies of revised plans, three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) and one (1) transparency
(8 1/2x 11) ofeach exhibit to the Planning I)epartment.
