1) Locate planting islands no further apart than every twelve (12) parking spaces and at
the terminus of all rows of parking. Parking islands should have a minimum size of
10' X 20' and contain at least one tree.
2) To evaluate overall project provide a Landscape Plan designed by a registered
Landscape Architect.
Submit an Irrigation Plan.
Submit an owners' agreement stating how the open space areas will be maintained.
Delineate the type of fencing to be used.
Sidewalk location needs discussion.

Staff written comments will be faxed to each applicant and the marked up blue line
prints can be picked up at City Hall or if requested will be sent by mail.
Please revise plats, landscape plans, and utility plans based on staff recommendations
or provide reasons why our comments should not be followed when you attend the
November 3rd Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
Each applicant will bring a new set of plats and revised plans to the November 3rd
DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision.
An Engineer for the project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, November 8th to resubmit twenty-six (26)
folded copies of revised plans, three (3) reduced paper copies and one (1)
transparency of each exhibit to the Planning Department.
