Dear Mr. Fitch:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a
preliminary plat for the Coppell Church of Christ, was recommended for
approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, August
16, 1990. As was requested by the Planning Commission, please bring a
model of the proposed Church to the Planning and Zoning meeting during the
final plat process.
The tentative date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council
is Tuesday, September 11, at 7:00 p.m. A representative for this case
must be present at the City Council meeting. Failure to represent this
item may result in the denial of this application.
