Re: Building Certificate of Occupancy - New Tenant Move-in at Freeport IX.
Dear Gary:
We are in the process of finalizing all of the approvals on the inspection "sign-off" sheet for our
new Freeport IX facility at 600 Freeport Parkway. It is important that we complete this by
Friday, October l0th so that we can move our new tenant into the building on schedule. We
understand that the completion of the adjacent screen-wall fence is important to you and to the
adjoining neighbors and we are pushing to have that work completed in short order. Attached is
an exhibit that shows the current status of the screen-wall construction and the anticipated
completion date of each section. The neighboring property owners nearest to Freeport IX are
Hartman, Robertson and the Churches and I have been able to speak with everyone except Mr.
Hartman at this time. I will try him again today. Ron Robertson and Tom Church were both fine
with the idea that we move the tenant in this weekend as long as we gave them an accurate idea of
how long it would take to complete the fence work. I have spoken to them about that schedule
and they are OK with it. They have also acknowledged such discussions by signing below.
Jeff Langston has informed me that you are going by the project tomorrow for this final
inspection so that we can provide a "C.O." or "temporary C.O." for the new tenant. On behalf of
our new tenant we appreciate you willingness and flexibility to work with us on moving them in
on time.
