Per the meeting on February 26:h with Brian Adams(SMR), you, and myself, please find the enclosed
information that you requested. As you will see on the enclosed documents, our parking count did increase
to accommodate the added office area from what was originally approved by council; this should alleviate
any concerns we had in our meeting that we might be submitting less parking than originally approved.
Also enclosed are the revised landscape plans based on your comments. Upon completion of your review,
please issue a letter to Duke-Weeks Realty Corporation (attn: Paul Brown) stating your approval because
we will be submitting for permit and grading as soon as possible to facilitate the building tenant's
occupancy requirement for October 2001. Knowing the amount of development underway in Coppell, we
