FIRST CLASS RE: ,Zoning Case No. PD-I86R Dear Mr. Turner: On behalf of the City of Coppell, this letter is to acknowledge the agreement of Duke-Weeks Realty Corporation concerning Zoning Case No. PD-186R for Light Industrial development of seven (7) office/warehouse facilities on approximately 142 acres of land located within the City of Coppell, Under the terms and conditions of the Planning and Zoning Commission's approval of the aforementioned zoning case a condition was added whereby the tree mitigation plan, which has been submitted pursuant to your application and reflected on the attached Exhibit "A", shall be fully performed and executed by the placement of removed trees and/or the payment of appropriate restitution fees to the City no later than twenty-four (24) months following the completion and receipt of the Certificate of Occupancy of the building, as depicted on the attached Exhibit "B", being proposed building 9, lot 4. Hence, the Duke-Weeks Realty Corporation shall be responsible for making the appropriate reparation or the tree replacement as required by the City under the Tree Mitigation Plan and the Ordinances of the City. Please acknowledge your acceptance of these conditions as satisfaction of your obligations under the Plmming and Zoning Commission's approval of Zoning Case No. PD-186R by your execution in the space provided below. Upon execution of the same, please return to the City Planning Department, in care of Gary Sieb, Planning Director, and a copy to Brad Reid~ Assistant Director of Leisure Sentiees and Administrator for the Tree Mitigation Program.
