Dear Mr. Fitch:
This letter is to inform you that your request for waiver of fees for the
construction of a new Church building, in the amount of $2,110.00, was
approved by the Coppell City Council on March 12, 1991, with the agreement
that an additional $3,300.00 may be waived if a one inch water meter/line
can be used.
