HISTORY: This property was ori§inally platted in November of 1990.
Subsequent to that approval, the Church has acquired
additional land (approximately .2 acres) and wishes to
resubmit a revised, somewhat lar§er final plat.
TRANSPORTATION: Access to this parcel will be from Samuel Boulevard, an
improved 60 foot ri§hr-of-way two-lane thoroughfare.
ANALYSIS: This is a resubmittal of a plat which was approved last
November. The Church has acquired additional land (Tract 2
on the attachment), and wishes to incorporate this land
into the overall development. Staff recommends approval of
this resubmittal.
