The fees for the Preliminary Plat, Final Plat and Specific Use Permits have previously been paid. No zoning change, other thank S.U.P. 's, has been requested. Also, enclosed are a completed Developme. nt Permit Application and a completed Development Exemption Certificate. The Common Area Maintenance Agreement has been fol~warded to American Stores Properties, Inc. (Skaggs) for signatures. It is understood that until the box culvert is constructed along .+.~e west property line of the site, the existing ditch is to be maintained by tahe owner. In addition, landscaping and irrigation required to be_ placed in the parkway of Denton Tap and Sandy Lake Roads, adjacent to the site, will not be required until these roads are improved as required in the City Thoroughfare Plan.
