Inspection commentsMFaMORANDUM August 29, 1990 TO: FROM: RE: Tayron Bowman, P&Z Coordinator Dale Jackson, Chief Building Offi~ DRC Meeting of August 29, 1990 I will be unable to attend the DRC Meeting on Weclnesday, August 29th because I am required to attend the final meeting of the Employee Evaluation Process to be held at the same time. Listed below are my commems regarding the items scheduled on the agenda for the meeting: ZC527 Tract 4 of this plan should indicate the existing zoning on the zoning exba'bk. According to the zoning ex2fibit, it appears the existing zoning on Tract 8 is office instead of retail. I have no comments regarding this proposed concept plan; however, I would reserve the right to commem when the detailed site plan is submitted showing s. et backs and other infomation. , ............ Replat of Carter Addition I am unclear as to why this replat is being proposed. It is not apparent in the documentation what the replat entaH.~. Replat of North Lake Woodlands East No. 12 and North Lake Woodlands East No. 6 I have no comments regarding the proposed replat. It appears the only effect of the replat will be the moving of a property line to include additional property to Lot 20 of Phase 6. Four Seasons Addition Preliminary Plat The hammerhead turn at the end of the driveway is not allowed. A 50' turn radius cul-de-sac will need to redrawn and shown at the end. Park Place Additional Final Plat - No comment Fairways at Riverchase Preliminary Plat - The applicant needs to include where the screening wall is to be placed along Riverchase Drive and show that wall on the plat.
