The purpose of this memorandum is to explain the impact to the property with curb cut.
One, our proposed development is on the down stream of the storm mn-off and the
proposed curb surrounding our property will act as a detention barrier to reduce the
amount of off-site run-off water on the developed property. Two, a cut through would
reduce the landscape area that was approved by City Councils.
There is another access for the AT&T's proposed project from the west side of Dallas
Power and Lighting Easement.
