Landscape provisions will still be mot as calculated on the attached set.
The 3 and 4 parking spaces that were incorporated into the approved revised design that
went to the BOA will go away as indicated on the attached set of drawings.
David asks if this could be considered as a minor revision that would "..not substa~lly
change the oxiginal plan" per 39-2(6), thereby allowing the Pl.~.nnlnS Dir~.4~tor to
without needing a re-review.
Gexy, I would have to agree that the new configttretion is superior to thc previous
approved design. A fire lane at this new lot should not be needed since the present
approved fire lane location could be. permitted. I su.~gested that the owner w~ until they
have a user and incorporate this modification with their SUP since the indication is that
there will bo a restaurant user in this building, but they do not want to wait.
