RE: Coppell Crossing, Lot 2, Block 1, Preliminary_ Plat
Dear Madam/Sir:
This letter is to inform you that the Coppell Crossing Addition, Lot 2, Block 1, Preliminary
Plat, to allow the development of two office/showroom buildings on 3.2 acres of property
located west of MacArthur Blvd., along the north side of the D.A.R.T. right-of-way and along
the east side of the Dallas Power & Light Company easement, was recommended for approval
by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, March 18, 1999.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, April 13, 1999, at
7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent this
item may result in the denial of this application. In order to forward this case on to Council, we
need by 12 noon, Wednesday, March 31't, 17 additional copies of the Preliminary Plat and
Landscape Plan.
