NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Piar~in§ and Zoning CoF~ission of the City of Coppe!l will hold a
public hearing on the 15th day of February, 1990, at 7:30 p.m. in the
Coppell Tow~ Center, for consideration of a zonin§ chan§e, Case ~ZC-526,
at the request of Dannenbaum Engineering, from (A) Agricultural, to (HC)
Hi§hway Commercial, (LI) Li§ht Industrial, (C) Commercial and (MF-2) Multi
Family-2, on property generally described as follows: located at the
southeast corner of Spur 553 and Denton Iap Road, and adjacent to Denton
Creek. All interested citizens of the City of Coppel! and other parties
of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in
the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also
express his or her opinion concerning the proposed zoning chan§e request
